The Project
The primary goal of this project was to provide and install completed HVAC systems for office, showroom and service bays, along with vehicle exhaust and wash bays as designed.
For this project, we provided:
- 11 rooftop units
- 3 mini splits
- Various types of heaters and unit heaters
- 8 exhaust systems
This also included duct systems as required for the space or type of system designed. A tornado struck the area during construction and damaged a few components, but the team at Middleton was able to replace them prior to completion.
Middleton Heat & Air was able to provide excellent HVAC services for the construction project at Landers KIA. The owner was happy with the results of the project, and the team at Middleton was able to act quickly and complete the project on time despite damage due to a tornado that struck the area.
