River Market - Middleton Heat & Air

The Project

Middleton Heat & Air was hired for a retrofit project to demo and replace 2 condensing units and 2 air handling units on the roof of Ottenheimer Hall. This project began in April of 2018 and was completed in October of 2018 on time with no major setbacks

The primary goal of this project was to upgrade the existing units at Ottenheimer Hall for more efficient heating and cooling capacities. One of the condensing units was failing continuously, and the customer decided that we should complete a full HVAC upgrade for the entire building. When the customer requested that we do this project, our team proposed some units that better fit their needs. These were more reliable and higher efficiency units so the customer would not have to be concerned about cooling or heating issues in the future.

For this project, we provided 4 units total—2 condensing units and 2 air handlers—of new central HVAC with all new insulation, piping and electrical.
