Design / Build

Our team of Design/Build professionals offer clients a seamless solution for their Mechanical/HVAC needs. We typically negotiate a total price with a customer, or alternative, propose a fee and general conditions. We set a guaranteed maximum price and maintain the price within the budget during the entire design/build process.

Retrofit / Special Projects

Structured to handle any immediate and special Mechanical/HVAC needs of our clients including equipment replacement, airflow and ventilation issues or other unique sheet metal applications. This group has successfully addressed the diverse needs of our industry for over 30 years.

Commercial Service

Structured to provide the highest quality, technical service in the form of repair, maintenance and operations for customers throughout the state of Arkansas. This group performs all start-up and any warranty work required by our commercial customers. Our technicians are dispatched 24/7, and are all EPA certified and receive continuous professional training.

Commercial HVAC

Structured to handle projects of virtually any size on a design/build, plan/spec competitive bid or negotiated basis. This group includes industry professionals with significant experience in the educational, industrial, commercial and institutional market place. We successfully design, engineer, install and start-up systems on a turn-key basis for our clients and customers.

Commercial Sheet Metal

Structured to handle any mid-size to large commercial ductwork jobs for general and mechanical contractors on a regional basis. Previous sheet metal/ductwork installation has included hospitals, industrial facilities, office buildings, shopping malls and numerous retail establishments.

Commercial Controls

Structured to design and install controls and buildings automation systems for our service customers as well as new construction and remodel projects. This group installs and monitors the operational performance of numerous customers’ HVAC systems in our marketplace.

Maintenance Programs

We help prolong the life of our customers’ HVAC equipment, reduce mechanical failure, and enable clients to save significantly on utilities with our maintenance agreement program. Always custom designed around detail and frequency.

Commercial Fabrication

Structured to manufacture ductwork, vent-a-hoods, transitions, curbs, and other custom metal needs of customers. This group uses state-of-the-art machinery to produce the highest quality products in the industry in our 50,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility.
