Our heat and air service spotlight is on Jamie Malone this month! Jamie has been with Middleton Heat and Air since 2006 and is one of our most experienced HVAC technicians.
The favorite part of Jamie’s job, he says, is developing relationships with his co-workers. He likes how they share their knowledge openly about work and life.
Jamie understands the importance of communication with customers, always trying to convey that we’re sincere about whatever issue the customer is having. He believes Middleton is set apart from the competition because we back our work and are time tested.
When Jamie isn’t working on keeping customers cozy, he likes to hang out with family, fish, hunt, and find goods at flea markets. His favorite parts about Arkansas are the state parks and outdoor activities.
