Middleton Heat and Air is an HVAC company that has been providing quality service, at realistic prices, to Central Arkansas for over 40 years. But Middleton is more than that. Middleton Heat and Air is not just a business, it is a way of doing business. Around here, we like to call it “The Middleton Way.”

While we’ve grown and expanded to offices in major towns and cities across the state, The Middleton Way means we’ve never forgotten where we came from. In 1976, Chuck Middleton began working for his friends and neighbors in his little garage on Boone Rd. He worked hard for his family and to meet the needs of the people of Bryant. In just a few years he was able to expand his garage, and eventually move his start-up to a small office building on the highway, where the Middleton headquarters remains today!

This kind of resolve and work-ethic is what defines The Middleton Way. We don’t believe in just getting the job done, we believe in doing our absolute best, every step of the way. There is integrity in hard work, and there’s always honesty in a job done well, which are principles we stand behind fully. When you go into business with Middleton, you can know that you’re speaking with a neighbor from your own town, who understands your families needs and will do everything they can to ensure prompt, fair, and professional service every time.

Just one of the ways we meet our goals is by providing the highest quality training opportunities available for our technicians. We’ve worked hard to build up our Middleton Academy, which creates an atmosphere of learning and self improvement for our techs that you just won’t find anywhere else. We like to think of it as an investment in not only the careers of our technicians, but also into ensuring service excellence for our customers. It’s the best way to make sure we are always up to date with the latest tools and techniques.
