A Day in the Life

Kathy Scaife has been with Middleton since 2007. She handles financial statements, payroll tax reports, sales tax reports, and anything else that needs to be taken care of to keep our accounting department in great shape!

Tiffany Dinkle has been with Middleton since 2016. She’s our Senior Customer Service Representative, and also the administrator for residential maintenance.

Chrissy Kirby has been a part of our team since 2005. She’s the Tower Administrator for the Tower Department, and a Crystal Report writer. “I receive and dispatch service calls, tame the managerial beast of the department (I can say that because he’s my husband), and invoice the service calls, as well as invoice management companies for the commercial department,” she explains. “I have worn many hats at Middleton, and I hope to continue to grow within the company!”

Gary Waddle has been an employee at Middleton since 1984, and co-manages the Commercial Replacement & Special Projects Division. He works with large commercial and industrial clients for HVAC replacement and sheet metal needs, assists with training for new sales staff, and works on design building projects with respect to new or modified HVAC systems.
