Heat and Air Service Spotlight: Jennifer Humphrey
We are so glad to have Jennifer Humphrey as a part of the Middleton Heat and Air team! Jennifer is responsible for sending calls out to technicians and setting up return calls to replace parts. She also makes sure the calls are sent out in the most efficient way possible.
Outside of work, Jennifer loves “crafting, cooking, attending sporting events, spending time with family…oh, and shopping”. She’s a jack of all trades and we’re fortunate to have her fun, adventurous spirit here at Middleton Heat and Air.
She brings that energetic spirit every day when she comes to work. She feels the most important aspect of her job is to make customers our top priority and to “treat each customer with kindness and patience, ensuring their needs are being met in a timely manner”. We feel lucky to have such great employees who take pride in their work and give their all every single day.
